New High School Graduates

  1. Original copy of form 138 (H.S. Card)
  2. Original copy of Certificate of Good Moral Conduct
  3. One (1) black and white 2×2 I.D. picture
  4. One (1) copy of Birth Certificate (SECPA)
  5. Other Credentials that the college may require of a particular applicant

Re-admission of Students
  1. RETURNEES are those previously enrolled in the college but did not complete their course at the time they dropped their studies at GADTC.
  2. SHIFTEES are transferees from one department/course to the other.
    • They are advised to secure an advise slip from the Department Head to which department the shiftee belongs, to be submitted to the Office of Student Affairs.
  3. Erring students may be admitted under the following conditions:
    • He/She shall undergo probationary period for one (1) semester subject to close supervision of the instructor, Department Heads and Guidance Counselor.
    • For them to be admitted, they must secure recommendation from the instructor, Department Heads and Guidance Counselor.

Admission of Transferees
  1. For transferees to gain admission to the college, the following documents must be submitted to the registrar or at the admission committee.
    • Transfer credentials from the last school attended .
    • Informative Copy of TOR from previous school attended.
    • One (1) black and white 2×2 I.D. picture
    • Original copy of Certificate of Good Moral Conduct.
    • Other credentials that the college may require of a particular applicant.

Admission of Non-Resident Students
  1. Students of the other schools who wish to enroll in summer classes or to cross-enroll during regular semesters must present a PERMIT TO STUDY/PERMIT TO CROSS-ENROLL issued by the Registrar of their schools of origin.
  2. Other requirements may be imposed as the need arises.

Admission of Aliens
  1. In addition to the requirements of either transferee or new high school graduates, any alien seeking admission in the college must furnish the Registrar’s Office any of the following:
    • Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)
    • Immigration Certificate of Registration (ICR)

School of Education Policies
The objective of the school is to produce quality, effective and efficient teacher. As such to achieve this objective and to comply the CHED and PRC standards the following policies are set:
Admission – Freshmen
  1. Student with an average of 80% in his/her secondary education is qualified to enroll in the School of Education.
  2. Final grade of 80% in English.
  3. Students who are so desirous of enrolling in the School of Education and who have an average of less than 80% are considered as probationary enrollees for one year.
Retention Policies
  1. Student with failing grade is not allowed to enroll subjects based on the required units reflected in his/her curriculum hence, he/she is advised to enroll 18 units only.
  2. Students who got a failing grade in English 1 subject is not allowed to enroll the next preceding education subjects such as educ. 2, 3, and 5.
  3. Student who failed in Education 6 subject – Principle of Teaching  2 is advised to re-enroll the subjects, otherwise if he/she fails again he/she will be advised to shift to another course.
  4. The student must have an average grade of 80% for all major subjects taken.

School of Criminology Policies
Retention Policy
  1. Regular or Irregular 2nd year, 3rd year and 4th year criminology students to be eligible to take the maximum 29 units given per semester should be able to pass the comprehensive examination on Criminalistics, Sociology of Crimes and Ethics, Lea Law and Jurisprudence and Correctional Administration. A student to be rated “PASSED” must get an average of 50% in all aforementioned subjects.
  2. Comprehensive examination will be scheduled every last month of the semester for a given school year.
